Courtney Francescangeli is a passionate advocate for improving the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, as well as their caregivers. Her career has been dedicated to enhancing care quality and fostering compassionate support systems.
As the founder of Empathetic Memory Coaching, Courtney provides nationally recognized Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Seminars (ADDC), which serve as a required course for professionals pursuing Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification. Her seminars are known for their relaxed and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging participants to share real-world experiences and practical insights. Through her work, Courtney empowers caregivers and professionals to adopt positive, person-centered approaches that promote dignity and respect for those living with memory impairments.
In June 2024, Courtney’s dedication to the senior community was formally recognized by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, who presented her with a letter commending her commitment and contributions to improving the lives of seniors. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Courtney embodies professionalism and compassion, ensuring that her expertise translates into meaningful support for families and care professionals alike.
